This is a pilot pre-reservation. By placing a pre-reservation, you are paying a reservation fee of £9.99 towards the full product price of £49.99. This fee reserves your place in the dispatch queue and is not a confirmed purchase. The remaining balance will only be requested once the product is confirmed as available and ready for dispatch.
Cancellation & Stock Risk Disclosure
Boult Audio Limited operates this pre-booking programme on a pilot basis. In the event that stock cannot be fulfilled due to supply chain disruption, import delays, or any intervening factors beyond GoBoult’s control, your pre-booking may be cancelled.
Reservation placement does not create any ownership, investment, allocation, or guaranteed priority rights in relation to future product availability.
In such circumstances, Boult Audio Limited will notify you by email and issue a full refund of your reservation fee within 14 days, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Refund Guarantee
If your pre-reservation is cancelled for any reason — including commercial or operational decisions made by Boult Audio Limited — your £9.99 reservation fee will be refunded in full to your original payment method, with no deductions.
Boult Audio Limited will not charge any cancellation fee. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Estimated Dispatch Timeline
Stock is estimated to arrive in the UK from approximately 25 May 2025. Dispatch timelines are indicative and subject to change due to logistics, customs clearance, or other operational factors.
Boult Audio Limited accepts no liability for delays beyond its reasonable control, provided refunds are issued where a pre-booking is cancelled.
Submission of a pre-booking does not guarantee that the product will ultimately be launched or made commercially available in the United Kingdom.
Legal Basis
This pre-booking is a reservation arrangement only and does not constitute a contract for sale of goods. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights available under applicable UK consumer law.
Subject to such rights, Boult Audio Limited’s financial liability relating to a cancelled pre-booking shall not exceed the reservation fee paid.
A binding contract of sale is formed only upon confirmation of your order and dispatch of the product.
