1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products sold by Boult Audio Limited ("we", "us", "our") through our website.

By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from our website, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a resident of the United Kingdom (for standard UK deliveries);
• Provide accurate, current, and complete purchase information; and
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur. All audio technology products are subject to technical specifications which may change without prior notice where required for safety or regulatory compliance.

Descriptions including frequency response, connectivity, battery life, and compatibility are provided in good faith and are based on manufacturer testing conditions. Actual results may vary depending on individual use and environment.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current applicable rate unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order will be that in force at the time you place your order.

We accept payment via all major debit/credit cards, and any other payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed securely. We do not store your full card details.

In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and you will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

5. Order Process & Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. No contract exists until we send you an Order Confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

• The product is out of stock;
• There is an error in the product description or price;
• We are unable to obtain payment authorisation; or
• We suspect fraudulent activity.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and in your Order Confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Title to the products passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the product is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Consumer Rights — Cancellation & Returns

As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7.1 Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us clearly of your decision to cancel (see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details).

7.2 Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These statutory rights are not affected by our commercial Warranty Policy.

8. Warranties & Liability

All Boult Audio Limited audio products are covered by our Warranty Policy (a separate document). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict liability.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the product(s) in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and audio clips, is the property of Boult Audio Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in the courts of those jurisdictions.

11. Complaints

We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. If you wish to raise a complaint, please contact us at care@goboult.co.uk. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or the UK courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
