The GoBoult app is designed primarily as a companion application for GoBoult TWS (True Wireless Stereo) earbuds and other supported audio products. The app enables users to connect compatible devices, manage settings, update firmware, and access product-related features.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping data collection minimal. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

When you connect a GoBoult TWS or supported device through the app, we may collect:

May be used for caching app data, downloading firmware files, and saving temporary app content. The app does not access personal files unless required for a specific feature initiated by you.
2.5 Notification Permission (Optional)
Used to send important app-related notifications such as firmware update availability, device connection status, and important service announcements.

Where these providers process personal data on our behalf, they do so as Data Processors under written Data Processing Agreements in accordance with UK GDPR. They are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing the agreed service to us.

While we strive to protect your information, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to maintain your account, provide app functionality, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes or enforce agreements. Account data is retained for the duration of your active account and for up to 6 years following account closure, in accordance with UK statutory limitation periods. Crash logs and diagnostic data are retained for no longer than 12 months. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
